...to look around next time you're here at the Frio River. You never know what you might see.
God's creatures and His wonders are always here to see, but most folks are movin too fast to enjoy them. Not this guy!
Have you ever seen a moth, new to the world, testing it's wings?
Or a Roadrunner huntin lizards, which were so plentiful this summer.
How about a fawn, takin a break from Mom's lessons?
Take time to come out this Fall, then slow down so you can really appreciate the beauty of your surroundings. The Concan/Frio Canyon area is a very special place, come see us.
as ever, FrioMan

Love your pics FrioMan! I look everyday hoping for new ones.
On this pic of the river, where was that taken at?

Hey Lisa
Glad you're enjoying the pictures. The River photo was taken a few weeks back from the Tx 127 bridge at Neals/Buchanan's, looking downriver. Basically, it's just below Neal's Cafe, where they serve the best meals anywhere around.
Take care, FrioMan
Didn't recognize it! I sat right there in the water, waiting for our ride, awhile back!
And you are right about Neal's Cafe. That was our last stop as we were leaving town. It was so good!
Thanks,
Lisa
